Stash Run Cheat Code and Strategy Guide
The Stash Run cheat code is real. I'm at the top of the leaderboard with 33,000 points and I'm handing over the trick to knock me off, plus a 5-step strategy that actually works against the late-level cop AI.
The leaderboard is open
I built a game called Stash Run. It lives on the site, it's free, and right now I'm sitting at the top of the leaderboard with 33,000 points. The next closest score is 2,600.
That gap is not because I'm a genius. It's because everyone below me played the early build before I rebuilt the enemy AI, and nobody knew the cheat code. I'm handing you both right now. Take my spot.
The cheat code
If you grew up with a controller in your hand, you already know what's coming.

That's the Konami code, and yes, it works. What it actually does, I'm not spelling out here. Pull up the game, punch it in on the start screen, and find out. The video walks through the moment.
Strategy that actually works
A few things I've learned playing my own game to death:
- Chase position, not points. The stash sits still. The cops do not. Clear corners and open lanes first while you still have room to run.
- Learn the maze before you learn the score. People panic and run into dead ends. Dead ends are how you lose.
- Save your lives for the back half. Levels one through five are practice. Burning a life for a few early points is a bad trade when the late levels are where the real points and the real danger live.
- Use the power-up on your terms. Pop it when you're about to get boxed in, not the second you grab it. Timing is the whole game.
- Keep moving. Standing still is a decision, and it is almost always the wrong one.
How the cops get smarter
This is the part I am most proud of. The cops in Stash Run are not all the same, and they do not stay dumb.
Early levels, they kind of wander. They make mistakes. You can fake them out all day. Every level they get a little sharper. They stop guessing where you are and start actually hunting you. By the late levels, they work as a team. One pushes you down a lane, another cuts you off, and suddenly you're boxed in with nowhere to go.
By level 10 they coordinate like they get paid overtime. I run it to level 10 in the video and I do not finish. That should tell you something.
What you get for finishing
Land on the leaderboard and you get a custom share card to post wherever you live online. Finish all 10 levels and you get a real reward from Herbistry420. I'm not spelling that one out here either. You'll see it when you earn it.
Best way to play
Keyboard works. Controller works better. I use a wireless controller because the d-pad is tight and the response is fast enough to react instead of guess. If you have any USB or Bluetooth controller around the house, plug it in. Stash Run treats it as a first-class input, movement on the d-pad, power-ups on the action buttons.
My pick:

I built this. Want me to build yours?
If you like how Stash Run looks and plays, that's the day job. Web, apps, UX, UI, design, branding, SEO, GEO. One person, start to finish, no agency runaround. If you have something you want built right, come find me.
Take my spot
The whole point of building a leaderboard is so somebody beats it. Punch in the cheat code, run the strategy, finish level 10 if you can, and put your name above mine. I genuinely want it to happen.
Got an idea for the game? New power-ups, a boss cop, different mazes, harder, easier, more lives, fewer. Drop it in the video comments. I read everything and I actually build the good ideas.
