Herbistry420 offers cannabis education content, merchandise, and print-on-demand products through our online store. Original artwork by Fordee is showcased on this site but sold exclusively through CantStopArt.com.

Strain Database

Herbistry420 maintains a database of cannabis strain information aggregated from multiple publicly available data sources, including lab testing datasets and community databases. Strain data such as THC/CBD percentages, terpene profiles, and reported effects are approximate, may vary by grower and harvest, and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of strain data.

Strain Finder Quiz

The Strain Finder quiz provides personalized strain suggestions based on your preferences. Results are informational and educational only. They do not constitute medical advice, dosing recommendations, or endorsements of specific products.

Dosage Calculator

The Dosage Calculator is an educational tool that provides general guidance on cannabis dosing. Results are estimates only and do not account for individual tolerance, metabolism, or medical conditions. Always start low, go slow, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before using cannabis for medical purposes.

Sesh Timer

The Sesh Timer is a session timing tool with integrated music playback via YouTube embeds. Music playback is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not host, store, or distribute any music content. Your playlist selection and volume preferences are stored locally in your browser.

Stash Run

Stash Run is a free browser arcade game with an optional public leaderboard. Submitting a score is voluntary. By submitting a score, you agree that the display name you provide and your score will be publicly visible on the leaderboard, in social share cards generated from the game, and in any image URLs you choose to share.

If you are signed in, your leaderboard entry is associated with your account handle. If you play without an account, your entry is associated only with the name you type. Display names are limited to 16 characters and are automatically masked for common slurs and profanity. We reserve the right to remove or edit any leaderboard entry that we determine to be offensive, impersonating, automated, or otherwise abusive, at our sole discretion and without notice.

To keep the leaderboard fair, invalid or manipulated submissions are rejected. Submitting fabricated, scripted, or modified scores, or otherwise attempting to manipulate the leaderboard, is a violation of these terms and may result in entry removal and access restrictions.

Personal-best scores, character selection, mute state, and other in-game preferences are stored locally in your browser only and are not transmitted to our servers.

Highbrow Daily Crossword

Highbrow is a free daily cannabis crossword. Playing is free and does not require an account. Posting a time to the public leaderboard is voluntary and requires you to be signed in. By posting a time, you agree that your display name, your account profile picture, and your solve time will be publicly visible on the leaderboard and in social share cards generated from your result.

Display names are taken from your account handle or name and are automatically masked for common slurs and profanity. We reserve the right to remove or edit any leaderboard entry, display name, or profile picture that we determine to be offensive, impersonating, automated, or otherwise abusive, at our sole discretion and without notice.

To keep the leaderboard fair, entries that appear automated, fabricated, or otherwise invalid are rejected or removed. Submitting scripted or modified times, sharing solutions to defeat the daily format, or otherwise manipulating the leaderboard or streak system is a violation of these terms and may result in entry removal and access restrictions. Your in-progress puzzle and display preferences are stored locally in your browser.

Strain Widget (Embeddable Card)

We provide a free, embeddable strain-card widget that you may place on your own website. Your use of the widget is subject to these terms. The free tier is offered on the condition that the "Powered by Herbistry420" link shown with each card stays visible and clickable; removing, hiding, obscuring, or disabling that link is not permitted on the free tier. A separate white-label option that removes the link may be offered in the future.

Strain data shown in the widget is aggregated from public sources, is approximate, may vary by grower and harvest, and is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, availability, or uninterrupted operation, and we may change, limit, or discontinue the widget or its data at any time without notice. The artwork shown in the card is decorative and is not a photograph of any specific strain.

You agree not to use the widget or its data feed to scrape, bulk-download, or republish our strain database, to exceed reasonable usage limits, to misrepresent the data as your own, or to present it in a way that is misleading or that breaches the age, advertising, or cannabis-content laws that apply where your site is published. You are responsible for ensuring that displaying cannabis information on your site is lawful in your jurisdiction and for your audience.

Incognito (Desktop Plugin)

Incognito is a downloadable Audio Unit (AU) and VST3 audio plugin for Mac, sold as a software license. A free trial is available to everyone: the trial includes every feature and plays a periodic marker tone until you unlock it with a license key. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Incognito on your own computers, up to the activation limit shown at purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish your license key, bundle the plugin into another product, or attempt to circumvent the trial limitation or the licensing. Incognito and all of its components remain the property of Herbistry LLC. The plugin is provided "as is": it processes audio entirely on your device, and we do not guarantee compatibility with every host application or future operating-system version.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

You may create an account using your email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account data including your Watch Later list, order history, and preferences are tied to your account and accessible across devices when signed in.

4. Watch Later & Content Features

You may save videos and articles to a Watch Later list for personal use. This feature stores data locally in your browser. If you are signed in, your list syncs to your account. Watch Later data is for your personal convenience and may be cleared at any time by you or upon account deletion.

5. Newsletter

You may subscribe to our newsletter by providing your email address. Subscriptions use double opt-in, meaning you must confirm your subscription via a confirmation email before receiving marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

6. Product Reviews

You may submit reviews for products you have purchased. Reviews are subject to moderation and may be edited or removed at our discretion. By submitting a review, you grant Herbistry420 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your review on the site. Your email address is collected for verification purposes only and will not be displayed publicly.

7. Companion Apps

Herbistry420 develops companion applications including VapeHeatLab and DoseCraft. Use of these apps is subject to their respective terms of service. Features, availability, and pricing of apps may change without notice.

Incognito, our Mac audio plugin, is sold directly through this website rather than through an app store. Its license, payment, and refund terms are covered in the Incognito (Desktop Plugin), Pricing & Payment, and Returns & Refund Policy sections of these terms.

8. Pricing & Payment

Payment for our merchandise store is processed securely through Stripe, with Herbistry LLC as the seller. Software licenses, including Incognito, are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record (the authorized reseller and seller of record) for those purchases; Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, is responsible for applicable sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt and license key. Prices are shown in the applicable currency at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors and issue full refunds in such cases.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to select locations internationally. Print-on-demand items are fulfilled by Printful and require 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Herbistry420 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

10. Returns & Refund Policy

Print-on-Demand Items

Print-on-demand products are made to order and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Per the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Original Artwork

Original artwork purchased through CantStopArt.com is subject to CantStopArt's return policy. Please refer to their terms for details.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Software Licenses (Incognito)

A free, full-feature trial of Incognito is available before purchase, so you can confirm it works for you before paying. For that reason, software-license purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is complete. Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for these sales, any refund, chargeback, or payment dispute is handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own policies and at its discretion. By completing a software-license purchase and downloading or activating the software, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content supplied without a physical medium. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty digital content.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, digital products, and clearance items are non-returnable.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they enter production. Once a print-on-demand item is in production, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

12. AI-Generated Content

Some written content on this site is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API), based on transcripts from our own YouTube videos. AI-generated content is reviewed and edited before publication. Cannabis-related information should always be verified with qualified professionals.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on Herbistry420.com — including text, videos, images, artwork, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of Herbistry420 and/or Fordee. Purchasing a product does not grant you any intellectual property rights to its design or branding. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the site's operation, scrape or harvest data without permission, submit fraudulent reviews, abuse the contact form or newsletter signup, submit automated, scripted, or fabricated scores or times to the Stash Run or Highbrow leaderboards, manipulate the Highbrow streak system, scrape or overload the strain-widget data feed or remove its attribution link on the free tier, impersonate another player or public figure via your leaderboard display name, or impersonate any person or entity.
