Cannabis hardware AirStream dabs hit different — and I put that to the test by taking 2 back-to-back dabs on camera: one at mid temp and one at high temp. By the end of this session, I was questioning whether I’d be able to finish the outro. Spoiler: I couldn’t. If you want to know how the AirStream by Cannabis Hardware actually performs across 2 consecutive dabs, this is the real-world session you need to watch.
Cannabis Hardware AirStream Dabs: How the 25mm Wireless Coil Works
The AirStream uses an integrated 25mm wireless coil to heat your quartz banger. This is different from torch-based setups — the coil heats the banger inductively while it sits in the device. Once you’re ready, you pull the banger out, drop it into the air path, load your concentrate, and pull.
Here’s the key thing to understand about cannabis hardware AirStream dabs: the moment you remove the banger from the coil, it starts losing heat. Dropping the dab, placing the marble, and drawing all happen while temperature is falling. That’s why the P (temperature preset) is set higher than what you’d use in a Puffco or similar device.
3 Temperature Zones for AirStream Dabbing
The AirStream gives you 3 functional temperature zones:
- Low Temp (500–599°F): Smooth, terpene-forward vapor. Best for flavor chasers. Banger takes about 5 minutes to reach temp.
- Mid Temp (600–699°F): Balanced hit — solid flavor with noticeable intensity. The sweet spot for most sessions. Around 620–650°F hits really hard while still preserving taste.
- High Temp (700–750°F): Maximum intensity, reduced flavor. Banger takes up to 10 minutes to reach temp. Do not go above 750°F — you’ll start chazzing the banger.
For daily cannabis hardware AirStream dabs, the mid-temp zone around 620–650°F is the sweet spot. Want pure flavor? Drop it to 550–560°F. Need maximum impact? Push to 700°F but accept the trade-off on taste.
