This PuffCo Cupsy review covers one of the more creative pipes on the market — a water-filtered bong disguised as a takeaway coffee cup. Fordee from Herbistry420 received one from a friend, fired it up on camera, and gave an honest take on everything from the PuffCo Cupsy silicone design to whether it’s actually useful as a stealth piece. Here are 5 amazing things to know before you decide to buy.
PuffCo Cupsy Review: What Is It?
The PuffCo Cupsy is a PuffCo Cupsy water pipe built into the form factor of a coffee cup. From the outside it looks like a standard takeaway cup with a lid. Open the lid and you’ll find a glass downstem that dips into water inside the cup, a silicone bowl with a handle, and a mouthpiece that folds back when not in use. The PuffCo Cupsy water pipe gives you water-cooled, filtered hits — like a mini bong — all hidden inside what looks like a cup of coffee.
5 Amazing Things About the PuffCo Cupsy
- Incognito coffee cup bong design. The incognito coffee cup bong concept is clever — fold the mouthpiece flat and tuck the bowl into the back hole and it genuinely looks like a sealed coffee cup. In theory, you could walk around in public with it. In practice, as the review notes, once you open it up and start loading the bowl, the game is kind of up — but at home or at a private sesh, the incognito coffee cup bong aesthetic is a conversation starter.
- Clean, water-filtered hits. The downstem drops into the water at the bottom of the cup, and as long as the mouthpiece is angled all the way back (not forward), airflow passes through the water correctly. The hits come out smooth and clean — noticeably cooler than a dry pipe.
- PuffCo Cupsy silicone design quality. The PuffCo Cupsy silicone design is surprisingly premium — the material feels solid, not cheap or flimsy. That said, with silicone come some caveats: PuffCo recommends using only a regular lighter, not a torch. A torch can warp or discolor the silicone over time.
- PuffCo Cupsy bowl setup is simple. PuffCo Cupsy bowl setup involves two positions: the front hole for use and the back hole for storage. Pick up the bowl by its small handle, drop herb in, then place it in the front hole for your session. When you’re done, move it to the back hole so the mouthpiece closes flat. Cleaning the bowl can be slightly awkward since there’s no tool included — a pick helps clear residue.
