The Sesh Timer is a session timing tool with integrated music playback via YouTube embeds. Music playback is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not host, store, or distribute any music content. Your playlist selection and volume preferences are stored locally in your browser.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

You may create an account using your email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Account data including your Watch Later list, order history, and preferences are tied to your account and accessible across devices when signed in.

4. Watch Later & Content Features

You may save videos and articles to a Watch Later list for personal use. This feature stores data locally in your browser. If you are signed in, your list syncs to your account. Watch Later data is for your personal convenience and may be cleared at any time by you or upon account deletion.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors and issue full refunds in such cases.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to select locations internationally. Print-on-demand items are fulfilled by Printful and require 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Herbistry420 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

10. Returns & Refund Policy

Print-on-Demand Items

Print-on-demand products are made to order and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Per the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Original Artwork

Original artwork purchased through CantStopArt.com is subject to CantStopArt's return policy. Please refer to their terms for details.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, digital products, and clearance items are non-returnable.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they enter production. Once a print-on-demand item is in production, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

12. AI-Generated Content

Some written content on this site is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API), based on transcripts from our own YouTube videos. AI-generated content is reviewed and edited before publication. Cannabis-related information should always be verified with qualified professionals.
