Step 1: Cut and Hollow the Cantaloupe
Cut the cantaloupe in half — it does not need to be a perfect cut. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and the stringy center, creating a natural bowl inside each half. Trim a small slice off the bottom so the cantaloupe sits flat on the plate without rocking. Place each half inside a shallow bowl to catch any drips from the toppings.
Step 2: Spoon in Greek Yogurt
Add 3–4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt directly into the cantaloupe cavity — enough to fill it close to the rim. Full-fat Greek yogurt gives the best texture and acts as the creamy base of this cantaloupe breakfast bowl. Plain or vanilla both work.
