Enso Shisha and Hashish is the combo you never knew you needed — until now. After returning from a trip to LA jet-lagged and ready to experiment, I loaded up the Enso Shisha device with 100% hemp-derived shisha and a crumbled chunk of dry hashish. The result? One of the most enjoyable, flavour-consistent, cloud-producing sessions I’ve ever had. If you’re a hookah or shisha enthusiast looking for a tobacco-free, nicotine-free experience that still packs a real punch, this Enso Shisha review is for you.
What Is the Enso Shisha and How Does It Work?
The Enso Shisha is an electric hookah-style device that heats your bowl using a controlled heating element — no charcoal required. It’s compatible with multiple cup types: a disposable cup, a ceramic cup, an herb cup, and a concentrate cup. For this Enso Shisha review, I used the disposable cup loaded with hemp shisha and hashish, which is the setup I now consider my go-to for extended sessions.
The hemp shisha itself is 100% tobacco-free and nicotine-free. Visually, it resembles wet shake soaked in molasses — which is essentially what it is: organic hemp flower material mixed with flavoured molasses. When you open the bag, the instructions tell you to fork-mix everything thoroughly since the liquid can separate from the plant material. I used the Iceberry Bliss flavour for this session: a fresh, icy, subtly berry-flavoured profile that sits somewhere between spearmint gum and fresh fruit.
5 Reasons the Enso Shisha and Hashish Combo Is Next Level
1. Hemp Shisha Enables True Lung Hits
One of the biggest advantages of pairing Enso Shisha and Hashish is that hemp shisha is far easier on the lungs than tobacco shisha. If you’re not a regular tobacco smoker, traditional hookah shisha can be too harsh to pull into your lungs fully. With hemp shisha, you can take genuine lung hits — not just mouth hits — which dramatically increases how much THC you absorb from the hash. I demonstrated this in the video: a slow, deep draw followed by a breath of fresh air to push the vapour deep into the lungs. You will feel the difference.
2. Hashish Keeps the Flavour Consistent for 30+ Minutes
This is the defining advantage of the hashish shisha bowl setup. When you use dry herb in a hookah or shisha device, the herb eventually becomes so toasted that the flavour changes dramatically — often turning harsh and unpleasant, ending your session prematurely. With dry hashish, the flavour profile of the hemp shisha stays virtually identical from the first hit to the last. I ran a 30 to 40-minute session with the hash sandwiched between layers of hemp shisha, and the Iceberry Bliss flavour held throughout. That’s phenomenal.
3. The “Hash Sandwich” Bowl Pack Is Easy to Set Up
Packing the bowl for an Enso Shisha and Hashish session takes about two minutes. Fill the disposable cup a little past halfway with hemp shisha, then break your hashish into small pieces (I used around 0.2 to 0.25 grams of dry hash) and place them on top of the shisha layer. Add a thin final layer of hemp shisha on top so the hash is sandwiched in the middle. Place the screen on top, use the poker tool to clear all the holes for airflow, flip and repeat on the bottom holes. Drop the cup into the device, cap it, and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Done.
4. The Enso Hemp Shisha Is a Versatile Platform
What makes the Enso hemp shisha setup so compelling is how modular the device is. You’re not locked into one consumption method. You can run straight hemp shisha in the disposable cup, add hash for potency, switch to the herb cup for dry flower microdosing, or use the concentrate cup for dabs. The Enso Shisha is arguably the most versatile hookah-style device on the market. For group sessions, solo rituals, or experimental pairings, the options feel genuinely unlimited.
5. Beautiful Clouds, Long Sessions, and Real Elevation
With 0.2 grams of hash and a full bowl of hemp shisha, you will get stoned. Not just pleasantly elevated — genuinely, productively stoned. The vapour clouds produced by the Enso Shisha device are dense and satisfying. Combined with the Iceberry Bliss flavour’s fresh, cool finish, every hit feels smooth and deliberate. By the end of a 30-minute session, you’re in a marvelous place. This is why I called the Enso Shisha the best device of 2024 — and probably 2025 as well.
Enso Shisha Review: Iceberry Bliss Flavour Notes
The Iceberry Bliss hemp shisha flavour is subtle and refreshing rather than bold and sweet. The dominant sensation is that “icy” coolness — like chewing a piece of spearmint or peppermint gum. The berry notes exist but are soft and understated, functioning more as a background accent than a forward flavour. If you enjoy clean, cool, lightly fruited shisha profiles, Iceberry Bliss is an excellent choice. Lemon Mint is another flavour available in the hemp shisha line that I plan to review in an upcoming video.
Tips for Your First Enso Shisha and Hashish Session
- Use the disposable cup for hemp shisha — the molasses residue makes cleanup easier if you toss it after each session.
- Fork-mix the hemp shisha before packing — the liquid settles away from the plant material during storage.
- Remove the rubber stopper — you only need the stopper when using dry herb, not hemp shisha or hash.
- The first 2-3 hits of a new bowl will be strong and concentrated. Take mouth hits to start, then transition to lung hits once the bowl smooths out.
- Use dry hashish, not sticky or wet concentrate — dry hash vaporises cleanly with the hemp shisha and doesn’t clog the screen.
- Seal the hemp shisha bag after each session — 100 grams should last 8 or more full sessions.
