Cannabis Infused Jello for a Memorable Date Night!
You do not have to make this for date night, but it was the first thing I thought of when I made it. That it would be great for after dinner during a date night. This infused homemade jello can be made so many different ways; with different flavours, with or without additional cut fruit in the jello, with or without whip cream… I mean, you’re only limited by your imagination.
If infusing the jello, make sure you use an emulsifier (I used Guar Gum, but you could use Lecithin). If you use tincture, I would add 10% or less by volume of the juice. Meaning if you use 2 cups of juice, do not add more than 50ml (as 2 cups is 500ml). I used 4ml in this video which was a total of 120mg of potency (because the tincture I used was 30mg p/ml).

2 Cups (500ml) Your Choice of Juice
1 Tablespoon of Unflavoured Gelatine
1 Tablespoon of Sweetener (I used Honey)
*Optional – Tincture + 1/2 Tsp Guar Gum
*Optional – Food Colouring
*Optional – Food Flavouring
