How-To Get a Better Night’s Sleep Without Using Melatonin | Herbistry420
If you’re like me you are constantly looking for ways to improve you sleep. When I was in my teens and 20’s I took sleeping for granted. I could sleep anywhere, anytime and on anything! Things are different now. hahaha Typically I don’t have issues with sleep because I use Cannabis (smoke/vape/edibles), however that doesn’t always leave me feeling refreshed in the morning. The guys over at SleepWhale gave me one of their bottles to try and in this video I talk about my experience and what I now use it for.
