Can You Make A Rosin Vape Cart Without Winterizing That Won’t Clog? | Experiment | Herbistry420

I’ve had a couple people tell me that if you press Rosin with a 25 Micron Bag that the bag itself will remove the majority of fats, waxes and lipids. I decided to give it a try because yesterday when I did the press I was out of 37 micron bags anyway. I had planned to release yesterdays press video where I used Mid-Grade (partial melt) Hash to make the Rosin but unfortunately I had an audio issue and had to scrap the audio. I can tell you that pressing with a 25 micron bag compared to a 37 micron bag resulted in around a 28% difference in yield. I decided to stop the video yesterday so I could check to see how the cart performed the next day. Day 1, the cart did a great job, both at home as well as while i was out. Mind you it’s quite cold weather wise at the moment, however it didn’t seem to affect performance yesterday. Today, Day 2, I made the second part of the video and it worked out ok as well… mind you not as good as a cart that uses winterised rosin as those flow really well and do not get clogged. After I set the video to render I left to go to a dentist appointment and took the pen with me. The cart stopped functioning when i got home, although it did work on the way to the dentist. Playing with it at home while uploading this video, i have yet to clear the clog in the cart. I’m planning to get some isopropyl alcohol and q-tips and clean all the connections. And if still clogged I will empty the cart and use it for regular dabs.
