How-To Make a Cannabis Infused Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies | Herbistry420
Wanted to use the sludge from making the small batch Coconut Oil video earlier in the week, decided to add a couple grams of another sludge to make them even stronger. Keep in mind you probably don’t want to use more than 10-12 grams of sludge in the cookies otherwise it will introduce too much grit to the texture. Also keep in mind the sludge/pulp should be ground up quite fine otherwise it will not taste ok. You do not have to use Sludge, you could use CannaButter by itself or use Cannabutter and Sludge or even make them not-infused (although you will struggle not to eat them all hahaha).

– Recipe –
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour (120g)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda (3g)
1/2 tsp Salt (5g)
1/2 Cup Unsalted Room Temperature Butter (113g) (could use Cannabutter / optional)
1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar (65g)
2/3 Cup Light-Brown Sugar (140g, packed)
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract (10ml)
1 Large Egg
1 Cup of Rolled Oats (90g)
1 Cup of Chocolate Chips (150g) (Alternatively you can use a couple chocolate bars equalling 150g)
10-12g of Cannabis Sludge/Pulp (optional)
