How-to Make Mexican Pizza (Better than Taco Bell) | Copycat Recipe | Herbistry420

I had a craving, which is how many of my cooking adventures begin, for Mexican Pizza (like they make at Taco Bell). This is much tastier and healthier than the Taco Bell one… you should definitely give it a try. What you add to the base of the pizza is up to you; I used white onion, black beans (because that’s what I had at the house), ground meat and mushrooms. Feel free to add or subtract things to make it your own.

If you use Cannabis Pulp/Sludge like I did in the recipe, the potency will be dependant on how strong your pulp/sludge is. In the end, I didn’t get very high… but I didn’t finish the meat.

I made the Tostada Shells by taking corn tortillas and spraying them with cooking oil, putting them in the air fryer at 300°F or 150°C for 6 minutes. You want to put something to hold them down otherwise they will not hold their shape (I used a Pyrex circular dish but you can use anything that can handle the heat). In the USA you can buy these premade at the store but I would consider making them anyway as they should be a bit healthier if you make yourself.

Note: based on the amount of ground meat I used this could make 2-3 Mexican Pizzas.
