What is MCT Oil? | Should I Infuse It? | Herbistry420
I wanted to make a quick video to explain what MCT Oil is, some of the benefits of MCT Oil, some of the drawbacks and things you should know.
Note: Dietary intake of MCT oil can cause significant gastrointestinal distress, such as diarrhea, vomiting, bloating and cramping, because it is metabolised differently than LCTs. (For this reason, MCT oil is not appropriate for people with liver damage or disease.)
