Air Fryer Eggplant Chips – Easy Healthy Snack | Herbistry420

This is such a super easy snack to make and it’s healthy! You can make infused or not, but make sure to use infused honey if infusing as using oil in the air fryer is a mistake. Using oil in the air fryer will degrade our infusion. You do not have to use a fancy mandoline, however it will make things much easier than cutting with a knife and it will make the cuts consistent. Please be careful when using a mandoline, I once cut a big chunk of my finger off while using a mandoline… so make sure you use the guard it comes with if you use one.
