Up your burger game and give this recipe a go! I guarantee you’ll inpress whoever you make it for. A couple notes about substitutions; 1) you can substitute blue cheese for gorgonzolla if you prefer, 2) you can use whatever bun you like, if i found a nice brioche at the store today i would have used that but I didn’t see one, 3) you can use infused butter instead of infused duck fat… or can make not infused, no matter how you make it, it’ll be amazing! Here in Spain they have precut bacon, in fact you cant imagine how many ways you can get cuts of the pig here… they love their pigs! Feel free to get sliced bacon and cook and cut yourself.
