World Famous Caprese Stuffed Avocados | Herbistry420
You should definitely try this recipe if you like avocados. These Caprese Stuffed Avocados are really tasty and healthy even! All the flavours really work well together. You can make these infused or not… just used infused Oil when making them. The strength of the oil will determine how strong these puppies are. I used Sunflower Oil in the video but it’s best to use Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Recipe
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
4oz (120grams) of Mozzarella Cheese Balls (or a larger piece that you cut up)
2 Tbsp of Basil Pesto (store bought or homemade)
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil (Infused if you want them infused)
Salt & Pepper To Taste
1/2 a Lime
2 Ripe Peeled Avocados
2 Tbsp of Fresh Basil Leaves
2 Tbsp of Balsamic Glaze
