You can make this infused or not… if infusing make sure to infuse the milk or the heavy cream. Making ice cream homemmade is so satisfying as you know what is in there and you dont end up with any preservatives. Plus, you can customize it to your liking!!!
In this video I experiment by adding Milk Chocolate Chips, I suggest Dark Chocolate! I’ve tried with White chocolate also, but Dark Chocolate seems to be the best combo in my opinion.
You don’t have to use a fancy ice cream maker, you can use one of the freeze the bowl kinds, just follow the instructions of your ice cream maker in order to set the ice cream.
