How-To Make Cannabis Infused Chili Oil | Asian Style | Herbistry420
Using the infused Sunflower Oil we made yesterday we make some Asian Style Infused Chili Oil. You can make this much spicier if you use really hot chili’s in the heating process (which I explain in the video). This version of chili oil isn’t too spicy and would be akin to a chili oil that you’d get in a Chinese Restaurant. It goes great on so many dishes, from Pot Stickers, Pizza, Pasta and so many other dishes. Using the oil we made yesterday I believe the total infusion for 1 cup of Chili Oil is around 1000mg, or about 4mg per ml.
Note: In the video I forget to add the salt, as soon as I turned off the video I added before putting in the fridge.
Recipe
1 cup of Cannabis Infused Sunflower Oil (you can use another cannaoil such as olive as well) (250ml)
3 tbsp of Sichuan Peppercorns (45 grams)
4 Star Anise Pods
1 Stick of Cinnamon
3 tbsp of red pepper flakes, preferably the Chinese kind (45 grams)
2 tbsp of Sesame Seeds (30 grams)
1 ½ teaspoons of salt (to taste) (7.5 grams)
